For several years, I was in a relationship with someone who was a big fan of tea. She would buy various interesting teas, and tended to accumulate them much faster than she drank them. This led to indecision, as she would open her cabinet and be faced with a paralyzing number of options.

As the person whom she often asked to prepare her tea, I decided to create a menu that organized her choices. I printed it out on some nice cardstock and we kept it around the house for a couple years. It was successful in helping her rediscover (and consume) some options that had been sitting in the back of the cabinet for a few years.
