I'm not entirely sure what this is, but it did cure my boredom for 20 minutes just prior to a holiday trip back home to Michigan. Linework is Elmer Casual, by Marty Elmer, and part of Project Linework, an archive of free linework sets which I curate.

Mostly, I wanted to play around with construction paper textures, and I was surprised to find out that it’s a pretty easy thing to fake.
